Homeschool Iowa Capitol Day 2016

Home educating families from all across Iowa will gather at the Iowa Capitol Complex to join in efforts to maintain our homeschool freedoms. Training sessions will be offered at 9:00 & 10:00 a.m. in the Wallace State Office Building, after which, families will go to the Capitol Building to visit with their legislators and access activities, including a Rotunda Ceremony at 11:30 a.m. Special Des Moines-area family-friendly activity opportunities are available in the afternoon, many with discounted admission for Capitol Day attendees.
