If a written request for information is received from the public school, use the Homeschool Iowa Independent Private Instruction Report Form
Accessibility:
• No Access to Dual Enrollment
for public school services, classes, activities, or Senior Year Plus options.
(However, concurrent enrollment community college classes can be accessed.)

• CPI Form A must be filed
by Sept 1 or within 14 days of establishing Iowa residence or removing child from accredited school enrollment
• Annual assessment results report must be filed
by August 1 (with assessment completed by May 31)

• Access available for Dual Enrollment
for public school services, classes, activities, and Senior Year Plus options
CPI

Reporting
and
Supervision by Your Selected Teacher
REQUIREMENTS:
• CPI Form A must be filed
by Sept 1 or within 14 days of establishing Iowa residence or removing child from accredited school enrollment
• Meet with your selected Iowa licensed teacher
8 times per year
(2 times per quarter)
Accessibility:
• Access available for Dual Enrollment
for public school services, classes, activities, and Senior Year Plus options
CPI

Reporting

Supervision by HSAP Teacher
REQUIREMENTS:
• CPI Form A must be filed
by Sept 1 or within 14 days of establishing Iowa residence or removing child from accredited school enrollment
• Meet with your assigned Iowa licensed HSAP teacher
16 times per year
(4 times per quarter)
