DESCRIPTION:Living History Farms Homeschool Day\nThe Living History Farms Fall Homeschool Day will be held on Friday\, September 4\, 2026\, from 9:00am-4:00pm at Living History Farms in Urbandale. LHF members attend free. Nonmembers can access discounted admission if purchased before the event. \nYou and your children will have the opportunity to tour the museum’s many historic areas\, participate in hands-on activities\, complete a special activity sheet\, and most of all have fun! Living History Farms suggests that you plan at least 3–4 hours for your experience. \nSpecial activities will be offered at the 1700 Ioway Farm\, the 1850 Pioneer Fam\, the 1900 Horse-Powered Farm\, Schoolhouse (spelling bees)\, the Flynn Mansion\, the Tangen Home\, the Drug Store\, the Blacksmith\, the Print Shop\, the Millinery\, the Drug Store\, and the Cultivation Center Exhibition Hall.
