These bills expand reporting requirements to all homeschooling parents, and the report would be "in the form and manner prescribed by" the local school district. These bills also mandate quarterly home visits by a designee of the public school superintendent to "interview or observe" children under any form of private instruction.
An Act relating to modifying the duties and authority of certain state and local government entities, establishing an education savings grant program and fund, and making addition changes in the laws governing appropriations, penalties, and provisions.
